Service Bookings
Bookings for services can be made via our website, email, or telephone. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the requested services, service location, and personal contact details.
Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to GST as applicable. Payment terms are as stated on invoices, and payments must be made promptly upon receipt. Late payments may attract an additional interest charge at prevailing commercial rates.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must notify KGC Integrated at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur charges equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Service Delivery
We aim to provide services promptly and efficiently. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the service location at the agreed time. Delays caused by client inaccessibility or other client-related reasons may incur additional charges.
Liability
KGC Integrated is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our service provision. Our liability is limited strictly to direct damages and shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
Warranty
We provide warranties on selected services and installations, clearly outlined in service-specific agreements. Warranty claims must be promptly reported, and we reserve the right to inspect and rectify issues under warranty terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Information collected will solely be used for the provision and enhancement of our services.
Modifications
KGC Integrated reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are advised to periodically review the terms and conditions to remain informed.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising will be settled exclusively under the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
